Recreational Class Coaches
What You’ll Do:
-
Coach or assist in recreational gymnastics classes for kids ages 2 and up
-
Teach basic gymnastics skills and progressions with energy and encouragement
-
Maintain a fun, structured, and safe environment for all participants
-
Set up, clean, and sanitize equipment before and after classes
-
Spot athletes appropriately and follow all safety protocols
-
Communicate clearly with parents, athletes, and fellow coaches
-
Collaborate with our coaching team to deliver a consistent and engaging class experience
Who You Are:
-
Have experience working with children; experience in gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, tumbling, or another kids’ sport is a bonus
-
Love working with children and know how to lead with patience and positivity
-
Are reliable, responsible, and bring great energy to the gym
-
Comfortable giving clear instructions and leading small groups
-
Eager to grow and improve as a coach—we’ll train and support you!


Competitive Team Coaches
What You’ll Do:
-
Coach competitive gymnasts:
-
DP (Levels 6-10) and/or Xcel Diamond/Sapphire levels
-
Xcel Bronze - Platinum​
-
-
Jump in and assist with other groups or levels as needed to support the team and gym community
-
Assist in designing and executing structured, progressive training plans focused on skill development, conditioning, flexibility, and routine execution
-
Provide positive, detailed, and constructive feedback to help athletes build confidence and excel
-
Ensure a safe and supportive training environment, including appropriate spotting techniques
-
Travel with the team to local, regional, and national competitions
-
Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure consistent coaching philosophy and athlete progress
-
Communicate clearly and consistently with gymnasts, families, and teammates
-
Stay current on USAG rules, routines, and technical updates
-
USA Gymnastics (USAG) certification
Who You Are:

Have proven experience coaching competitive gymnasts

Possess strong technical knowledge in skills, drills, progressions, and routines
-
Confident in spotting and safely assisting advanced-level skills
-
Committed to creating a positive, disciplined, and encouraging team environment

Team-oriented, reliable, and ready to help build something great

A strong communicator who values collaboration with both athletes and parents
